About
Brú na Bó is the creation of Jack Reidy, an Irishman transported to Northport New York. The name, Brú na Bó (Gaelic for Palace of the Cow), is a nod to Cow Harbor and a bridge from Ireland to Northport. Jack brings the esthetic and history of the homeland to the procurements from local craftspeople and artifacts that fill the shop. Check out Bru na Bo's feature in Pulse Magazine!
Products
Throughout the store you'll find a collection of lighting, accessories and furniture pieces that are close to our hearts. Each item is hand picked by our management and staff to add a innovative and personal touch to the store. We pride ourselves on filling the store with locally made furniture and art pieces. Aside from large pieces of furniture such as couches, dining room tables, and book shelves we also have a wide variety of smaller items that would serve well as gifts or accent pieces in your home.
Custom Design and Furnishing
Aside from the furniture we have within the store, we also work with clients and interior designers on crafting custom furniture and lighting to suit specific home designs. Feel free to reach out to our team with an idea, a piece of furniture/lighting you haven't been able to find or with a specific request and we will be happy to find or craft it for you!
